I love being organized.

I love printables, labels, name tags… you name it.  If it helps me organize my life, I probably have it or want it.

Recently I have been creating my own printables.  I have a whole bunch I am testing out and then will be sharing with our blogging family.  But with the recent changes to YouTube and the threat of being demonetized, I decided I needed to step up my YouTube game and get organized.  Organizing my channel and blog schedule and ideas is something I knew I needed to do, but have been putting off.

My previous method of organization for my content ideas was very simple: a binder, a few calendar pages printed out, and a whole bunch of lined paper.  There was no direction, it was simply a place for me to put my ideas so I did not forget about them.  Sadly, there are many ideas in that binder that I have forgotten.  I did not figure out titles, thumbnails, or even schedule a date for when those ideas should go up.  All the noob mistakes that could be made, I was making them.

I decided it was time to focus on organizing my content ideas.  It was time to sit down, make an effort to get organized, and create something awesome.  To start, I made this printable.

It is straightforward and easy to use.  I can print out a bunch of these and have them ready to go whenever inspiration strikes me.  I even used it to film a video related to this printable and plan this blog.  It works! Yay!

The way this printable is organized is simple to use.  Fill in your title, sketch your thumbnail idea, think of some tags…  If you use a script, feel free to put that in the talking points section.  Or if you are a vlogger, you can put the activities you are doing or places you plan to visit in the talking points section.  It is easy to make it your own!
