When we time the time to say affirmations for health, it is amazing how we can shift our mindset towards positive living and reach our goals.

Every morning, while I am still laying in bed, I say my morning affirmations.

I love to start my day in a positive way.

By taking the time to say “I am” affirmations or reflect on what I am grateful for, I find myself beginning the day with a positive mindset.  The way we view the world is subjective and if we want to have a positive experience, we need to focus on the positive and things that bring us joy.

Many of us start the day off by complaining.

We complain that it is too early or being disappointed about something that we have to do that day. These negative thoughts are just lowering your vibrations.  For years, I started my day with this kind of mindset and it got me nowhere.  It is not the mindset that will set you up for success.

The law of attraction states that like attracts like.  If you focus on the negatives in your life than you will attract more of the negative.  If you focus on the positive, you will attract more positive things into your life.

Even if you do not believe in the law of attraction, does it really hurt to try and be more positive in your life?  What will you sacrifice by being thankful for a new day instead of complaining that your alarm went off too early?

Vibrate higher.

In 2019, one of my habits I want to establish is making sure I say my positive affirmations and gratitude every morning.

I set up a habit tracker in my bullet journal, and really want to focus on this because I am a believer in the law of attraction.  I have also seen how this positive beginning to my day can truly change my mindset for the day ahead.  When I focus on being happy and energetic, I find that I have much more motivation throughout the day.  If I wake up tired and that is what I focus on, that lack of energy follows me throughout my day.

Not only do I want to be more mindful of this practice in my everyday life, but I also want to inspire others to do the same.
